Yesterday I decided to break my fast with some Chipotle. One of my colleagues eats it every single day and that day his order had worn me down. But I stopped when thinking about all the rice, tortillas, beans, and other starch/carbohydrate/and sugary goodness he usually orders. Couldn’t I make it a bit less heavy?Luckily I have a keto practitioner on call.
For those of you unable to read that text message clearly the order is:
- Base of peppers and onions
- No rice, no beans
- Double meat; go for the steak and carnitas combo
- Hot sauce
- Cheese it up
- finish with guacamole
Then if you’re feeling up to it there’s nothing wrong with adding sour cream.
